Our Services
Shared Ride
Our Shared Ride services involve transporting multiple pets in one vehicle to their destinations. Because we want our furry friends to have a safe, healthy, happy journey, we can transport multiple pets at a time while making sure each of them are taken care of. Its our most economical ride.
Depending on the destination, Economic Transport takes one to three days. Our customer service staff will provide a more exact delivery timeframe as part of the transportation quote.
VIP Transport
Our VIP Transport services feature one-on-one pet care for the entire trip. Pets who travel alone with us will enjoy full back seat lounging privileges and exercise breaks for fully vaccinated dogs and puppies every four hours. Private Transport typically takes one to three days depending on the trip distance. Because we will be traveling with only one pet, we go from Point A to Point B without additional stops to pick up or drop off other pets.
Flight Nanny
In addition to ground transportation, we offer air transport for cats and dogs that weigh 20 pounds or less. Accompanied by one of our experienced animal handlers, cats and dogs will ride in the cabin, not in the cargo hold.
Traveling in the cargo hold of an aircraft can cause increased stress, sudden illness and even death for many pets. Loud, poorly ventilated, dark and scary, cargo holds do not provide a safe, healthy place for animals traveling by plane.

Luckily, Smith and sons pet transport is here to make sure pets traveling by air receive the best care possible. We work with clients and airlines to schedule flights that allow pets to travel in the cabin. We require clients to provide a health certificate from a vet within 10 days of transport, along with updated medical and vaccination records as most airlines will request this information.
During the trip, we will send ‘Pupupdates’ such as text messages and videos to clients, along with status reports so clients can go about their day without worrying about their pets.
